Has anyone read this book "The Only Skill That Matters" by Jonathan Levi?

I cant find anywhere online of a summary of the techniques he uses?

Memory Palace,
Flash cards,
Acro-Yoga,
Keto diet,
His superlearning course.

Two quotes come into mind:

"In this part there are some good and some new things; but the good are not new, and the new are not good."

"Circulez, y'a rien à voir"

"A man should believe in it or not, spells duty.
What wisdom can you find yourself up there.
Far and away the best men should be seen or even touched.
But to befriend the one I’ve never tried before."

(c) Markovify after reading many-many quotes.

sherlock="markovify\\test\\texts\\sherlock.txt"
quotes="markovify\\test\\texts\\quotes.txt"

with open(quotes) as f:

# Build the model.

print(text_model.make_short_sentence(60,10))
