I mean it is a joke, since
I am quoting
any contact who comes from a customer and who has a license,
requests support or is part of their finance department,
cannot be fully removed from our database.
They have to be informed that under the terms of GDPR
we must retain their contact information in order to conduct normal business transaction
as contracted with their company and permitted by GDPR. If they have issue
with our retention of their data for these normal business requirements
they need to raise their issue with their company and secure a replacement
point person for the administration of these tasks.
